Return policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, undamaged, with all included parts and accessories, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and do our best to make it right, bi'ithnillah. 

Non-returnable items

Due to the nature of digital audio storage, preloaded audio add-ons, and custom audio collections are not eligible for return. This is because we cannot verify whether the files, formatting, or contents have been changed, erased, copied, damaged, or otherwise affected after delivery.

If your SD card or audio add-on arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us right away at inquiries.isma@gmail.com so we can review the issue and assist you, in sha Allah. 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to request a return for the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you may make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, subject to applicable law and any relevant exceptions.

As above, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, undamaged, with all included parts and accessories, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and we will let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
