Order processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment has been received. Processing times may vary during busy periods, product launches, or restocks. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Shipping times

Estimated delivery times depend on your location and the shipping carrier. Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, incorrect addresses, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Shipping addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at:

In Sha Allah we will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes after an order has been processed or shipped.

Lost or delayed packages

If your package appears delayed or lost, please first check the tracking information and contact the shipping carrier. If you need any further assistance, you may contact us at inquiries.isma@gmail.com, and we will do our best to assist.

ISMA is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier, but we will try to help you look into the matter where possible.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. We carefully check and photograph each package before it is shipped to help ensure that it leaves us in good condition. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at inquiries.isma@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue so we can review it and assist you.

International shipping

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or import processing.
